Refund / Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to: Returns Department, ethicTrade LLP, First Floor, Lexham House, 14a Hill Avenue, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5BWItems must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery in original condition, complete with labelling, for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price excluding Postage & Packaging.Please note that items bought from the Sale Items category must be returned with 7 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or refund any worn or washed item unless faulty. Earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded. Shrinkwrapped items (eg. CDs, DVDs) returned under Ethictrade’s 14 day returns policy must be unopened with any seals intact. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 21 days of our receiving your return. Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We always try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
